— Establishing a Training Framework for the Development of Freelance Consultants —
Sevenzen Corporation Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Tetsu Yokoyama; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces that it has entered into a business outsourcing agreement with Change Co.,Ltd.(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Tomohiro Noda; hereinafter referred to as “Change”) concerning the implementation of training programs for freelance consultants registered with the Company, as well as for internal personnel and related parties.
1. Background and Purpose of the Agreement
In recent years, the business environment surrounding companies has been changing rapidly, increasing the importance of personnel capable of advancing the entire process from issue identification to execution with a high degree of accuracy. Through its network of freelance consultants with diverse areas of expertise, the Company has been supporting businesses in solving their operational challenges.
At the same time, in order to continuously provide high-quality support, it is essential not only to strengthen each consultant’s area of specialization, but also to improve fundamental consulting skills and practical execution capabilities that serve as a common professional language. Based on this recognition, the Company has decided to establish a framework for implementing training programs for its registered freelance consultants by outsourcing such operations to Change.
2. Future Expansions
Through this initiative, the Company aims to expand the capability development opportunities for its registered freelance consultants and further strengthen the provision of high-quality services to client companies.
